This beachfront bottom level beauty at Top of the Gulf Resort in the desirable Thomas Drive-area was completely remodeled in 2025. It sleeps 4 and features a patio.
Please note this is a studio and there is not a private bedroom.

Top of the Gulf is one of the best-maintained complexes offering all the beachside amenities you want to complement your vacation. The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous and the pool is stunning with a fun, oversized Adirondack chair and large swing alongside. A kids' pool is ideal for little ones, and ample NEW pool chairs are available. Check out the shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for games in the sun or an inside game room that is newly remodeled to get you away from the heat. Right next to the pool is our cafe offering a shady, AC-setting. And there is a fitness room with new equipment on property as well.
Getting to the sand is easy since Top of the Gulf is located directly on the beach, and we even have a temporary home for your sandals and flip-flops as you head out. Returning from a day in the surf and sun, you are welcomed by surfboard-style showers, amble chairs overlooking the water, and shade if you desire it.
Pool and surfside sits our Surf Snack Shack with a delicious menu of eats and drinks (adult beverages and otherwise). Or you can grill up your own fare on the provided guest grills.

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex.
